  It took 2-3 weeks for them to get around to scheduling the appointment for chimney sweeping. Afterwards, the chimney was completely clogged. When I called back, I was told that it would have to be redone and I would have to pay for it. The woman told me that her son had done the work, so she knew it had been done right. He then got on the phone and told me that there must be wet, green wood being burned in the stove, and that I didn't know what I was talking about that it hadn't been cleaned well. Then I was charged for 2 visits on my credit card, although they never came to redo the job. They also did not refasten the chimney cap, which subsequently blew away. I will never use this business again, they are either totally incompetent, or purposefully cheating people. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't post the review without giving them any.
