  We had Hope Construction renovate our home. They did an incredibly good job and we are thrilled with the renovation. We highly recommend Hope Construction to all who want quality work at a competitive price. We asked Hope Construction to walk though our home before we submitted an offer to buy it. We wanted to see if the bones of the house were good--and we needed an estimate of the renovation costs. This estimate was crucial to our total budget for the house. The renovation estimate turned out to be accurate. David Carpenter, owner of Hope Construction, was a pleasure to work with. His relaxed temperament coupled with years of experience made the renovation a thoroughly enjoyable experience. He was completely dependable in all respects and demonstrated marvelous attention to detail. (Since we live in Scottdale, 135 miles from Flagstaff, these qualities were quite important to us.) David's employees reflect his qualities and were a pleasure to work with. Quality of work. Hope Construction's work was of uniformly high quality.
