- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 25, 2020, by Matthew MillerThis guy is a complete $#!@&! Never ever set foot inside his store! He cannot even take the time to post business hours to his website, which by the way is a complete joke in the first place, one page of useless information. He has no voicemail or answering machine set up for his business phone number! His store is completely full of useless junk and he overcharges for outdated equipment. You are better off going to eBay or paying a bit extra to get NEW products from bestbuy or walmart.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 08, 2020, by Nicholas FinchTL:DR The guy will rip you off, and if you question him, he'll just get mad, don't go here. It was early afternoon, I needed a harddrive to back up my computer. I scoured the google maps to see what computer stores were available. This one I remembered seeing, and I knew that this kind of a store would have some good stuff to work with. I am very disappointed. I was sold the HGST Travelstar Z7K500 HTS725050A7E630 (0J38075) 500GB Hard drive, it was in good quality. But let me walk you through how this happened I walk into the store, and my eyes are quickly drawn to the copious amounts of computer parts that litter the store. Most of it all stacked on eachother. The faint annoying beeping of his card machine beeping to get the store owners attention. "Hello, I'm looking for a small computer harddrive about 320 gigs." I said, "What kind of harddrive are you looking for" he asked. "A small computer harddrive." I said "Like the big one for a desktop?" He asked. "No one that fits in a laptop" "So you want the really small thin one or the..." I quickly cut him off, "Yes i want that one." annoyed that he wasn't understanding me He quickly set off to find something among the mess. I walked around the store, looking at most of the parts, it almost looked like he just dug all of it out of the trash, and brought it here to sell to people. Most of the stuff that was hanging about on the shelves were computer fans, or RAM cards. Nothing of really usable value, at least to me He shambles back up and shows me what he has to offer. "Uhhh, I have this one..." he said showing me a thin 500 Gig harddrive. "How much?" He thinks for a moment. "Uh, $90" That seems kinda high for a 500 Gig harddrive... well i'm desperate, I guess i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. As he fumbles with the beeping card machine, I ask him "What's your return policy?" "No returns, however, I do store credit" He said. I was a little upset by this notion. "Alright, so that will be uh..." he starts rattling the $90 off his head, "so tax that would be..." "98 dollars..." I said helping him. "Yeah, that sounds right." "And this is a new harddrive?" "Of course it is." Clearly flustered that I'd even question him. "Alright, well thank you" A couple days later, I decide to look up this particular model harddrive, and it is in fact $40! I'm so mad right now that I got ripped off. All i can say to anyone looking to go to this guys store. DON'T He'll just get mad or mad at you questioning his authority
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 04, 2019, by Marcia WeezSorry, don't go here. Older Dell computer had been unable to start up at random intervals without a system restore. Finally couldn't get it started at all. He kept my computer for two weeks, told me I had "7,000 viruses" (not true), and wiped it clean. While he backed up the files, I had to re-install, re-download every program. Supposedly installed Windows 7 in place of my legal copy of Vista. It was working okay, so I was willing to forget the weirdness, until it started having the same problem again. I think it's something to do with the video card. The final straw is that Windows started to upgrade to Windows 10 in my absence and failed to do so. It is now saying I don't have a legitimate copy of Windows 7. $180 later, and here I am.
