  My experiences with Data Doctors have been fantastic! Their technicians are extremely knowledgable and they take the time needed to explain both the issues and the solutions. They are very up-front with all prices--from the evaluation and parts, to repair, labor, everything! I always know what their prices are at every step of the way, and they never charge more than discussed. They give a heads-up when the computer might not be worth repairing and let me know when there's a possibility they may not be able to fix it. I love how straightforward they are about everything. I highly recommend Data Doctors for your computer repair.
